Dark Lips
There are various reason for the lips to get dark that is the use of cheap brand of lipstick, heavy application of lipstick, sun exposure, drinking tea or coffee in excess. The prime cause of dark lips is smoking. Check whether you are not wearing expired lipstick. It can also be due to dryness and allergy. For maintaining red lips, fresh air, vitamins and iron are required. Keep your lips free from lipstick as much as you can. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables.
If you have dark lips you have to do the following
* Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
* Stop smoking.
* Avoid lipstick.
* Apply a layer of oil and leave it on for several hours. Best apply before going to bed.
* Mix coconut oil and almond oil in equal quantity. Apply a coat of this on the lips and leave on overnight. This has to be done daily for at least two weeks for best results.
* Apply cream from curds with saffron on your lips.
*Vitamins, iron and fresh air keeps the lips red.
*Carrot and orange juice should be taken for maintaining red lips.
*Before going to bed massage your lips with drops of glycerine, lime juice and honey.
*Lemon is natural bleach apply it with a little glycerine at night.
*Almond oil is good for discoloration of skin. It can be used any where in the body.
