Normal skin

Nomal skin is usually trouble-free and needs simple care to keep it healthy and glowing. It glows with an inner health which stems from good blood circulation and excellent health. Its beautiful and young looking, but it need regular care and balanced diet for long lasting. Cleansing, toning, and moisturising daily keeps normal skin in perfect.

Natural face pack for normal Skin : Mash up a very ripe banana or grape well and applay on the face, neck, taking care to avoid the areas under the eye. After 10 minutes, mash should be removed with cool water and a clean wash cloth. Banana is excellent to do away with dead skin and feel fressness. Dry skin

Oily Skin

Oil glands are more commonly known as sebaceous glands. These glands secrete oil in the face, neck, chest and others parts of the body. But the nose is the region which is largely affected as lots of oil is secreted and accumulated here. There is no complete treatment for remove sebum production, but these tips will keep the oil and acne under control. Reduce fats and oils in your diet and consume green vegitables and fruits. Drink plenty of water everyday. Drinking more water helps you look good. Women with oily skin need to adopt a daily proper method of cleansing to prevent accumulation of dirt on the skin surface. Wash your face two or three times a day with a mild cleanser. Add lemon juice and a little milk to oatmeal. Apply the paste and remove after 20 minutes with water.

Combination skin

If certain areas of your face are dry and other parts oily, then you have combination skin. The term "T-zone" refers to combination skin types where the forehead, nose and chin are oily but the cheeks and the area around the eyes is either normal or dry. Applay good moisturiser on the dry areas only and use a mild cleanser on your entire face. The human body is over 75 percent water, so dehydration can visibly affect the appearance of your skin. Fruits and vegetables are a natural source of energy and give the skin many nutrients you need to keep going.

Natural face pack for Combination skin : Take half a cup of powered, dry peas, mixed with three spoons of curd, juice of one lemon and half a cup of papaya pulp. Apply it for 20 minutes and wash your face with cool water.

Sensitive skin

If you've found that your skin is reacting to some skin products and showing signs of irritation or redness, you probably have sensitive skin. Cleanse your skin with rehydrant cleansers containing aloe vera and lemon. Moisturizer is essential to protect sensitive skin. Eat more vegitables and fruits with higher water content and vitamins. Make sure to drink plenty of water every day and avoid spicy food , coffe, alcoholic drinks etc. Use sunscreen on your face and the back of your hands and don't expose your skin for more than 15 minutes. Always remove your makeup before going to bed.

* Cucumber juice is an excellent astringent. Applying cucumber juice on the face tightens the pores. Wash it off after 15 minutes.

* Applying turmeric powder along with limejuice removes the tan. Limejuice is a natural bleach.

* Dried orange peels mixed with curds help reduce blemishes and scars. Wash it off after 15 minutes with cold water.

* Honey makes the skin glow. It makes the skin soft and smooth. Helps reduce wrinkles.

* Citrus face packs and sandalwood face packs are excellent for oily skin.

* Rubbing ice cubes on the face tightens the pores and increases blood circulation.
