How to apply Eye liner
Do not use greasy or slick pencils to line the lower lashes; they smear and smudge.
Do not overblend, spilling your eyeliner onto the skin under the lower lashes; that makes dark circles look worse.
Brown, navy and charcoal liners look gorgeous on light colored eyes while brown and plum shades are often used to enhance the beauty of dark brown and black eyes.
Pencil eyeliners need to be sharpened before using them. The best tool to apply eyeliner is the sponge applicator.
Larger eyelid area can use thicker and softer eyeliner while smaller eyelid area needs thinner and more intense liner.
Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.
You should hold the eyeliner pencil as you would hold a pencil or pen to write with, usually with your dominant hand. Use your other hand to stretch the eye you are going to line from the outer corner. You can rest your hand holding the pencil against the hand pulling your lid taut.
