Tips to Improve Your Skin

	* Drink water at least 10 glasses a day..
    * Avoid fried foods. When using oils, try cold-pressed oils. Throw away any oil that has been in your cabinet for longer than six months. Oils should be refrigerated except for the small amount you may use in a week; keep in a small container..
    * Eat minimal sugar, chocolate, and potato chips, otherwise known as junk foods, which have little nutritional value..
    * Smoking increases wrinkles. If you can't kick the habit, consume extra amounts of vitamin C..
    * Watch your salt intake. Too much salt can lead to temporary swelling and puffiness..
    * The sulfur found in garlic, onions, and asparagus will aid in keeping the skin nice..
    * Vitamin E and aloe are very good to use topically on your skin.
    * Drink minimal amounts of soft drinks..
    * If you have a skin irritation and suspect a food allergy, eliminate suspected food and keep a food record to monitor your reaction.
     * Increase intake of raw vegetables. Not only high in fiber, but naturally higher in vitamins, phytochemicals, and enzymes than those that have been cooked, processed, or canned..
    * Thoroughly wash all food before it is eaten..
    * Have a cup of warm water with lemon juice in the morning..
    * When dining out eat broiled fishes, steamed or baked vegetables, and starches..
    * Eat little or no processed foods..
    * Get rid of your aluminum cooking utensils. Absolutely no benefit to the body..
    * Eat a high-fiber diet to cleanse the digestive track. Put a couple of tablespoons of wheat bran on your morning cereal; it has the bonus of extra B vitamins.
