Wrinkle Removal Recipe
It is natural to see wrinkles on the face when you grow old. This is the effect of ageing. premature ageing and wrinkles can be checked if care is taken when you are young. Regular facial is very effective to control wrinkles. Massage increases blood circulation, which results in tightening of the muscles and tissues, thereby reducing the fleshiness of the skin and restoring a young look. However, this process is very slow.
Blemishes and age spots can become fainter by applying lemon juice a few times a day.
Apply a paste of turmeric powder with sugarcane juice to remove wrinkles and to prevent skin ageing.
Massage for Wrinkles
*Clean the face. Remove make-up to open the pores of skin. Remove oilyness by lime juice or cleansing milk.
*Start the massage from the neck upwards and end at the forehead.
*Applying a good quality cream with a firm pressure with the fleshy tips of fingers. Do not apply pressure around eyses. Continue massage for 15 minutes.
*Wipe off the face with a wet cotton.
*For fast removal of wrinkles, massage with your all the fingers of both the hansd rapidly with rapid circular motion.
*For wrinkles on jaw, pinch the skin between your thumb and fingers. Pinching is also good if you have double chin.
Other Recipes:
*Banana is wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment.
Mash 1/4 banana until very creamy. Spread all over face and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Gently pat dry.
*Rub the core of pineapple on the face for a few minutes and leave for 10-15 minutes. This is excellent for fine wrinkles.
*Apply juice of green pineapples and apples the face daily and leave for 10-15 minutes.This is excellent for fine wrinkles and cracked skin.
*Green Thompson seedless grapes! It has one of the ingredients in those big time expensive wrinkle creams. All you do is cut a grape in half and gently crush it on your face and neck. Make sure that you get the "crows-feet" and the lines around your mouth. Leave it on for twenty minutes or so and rinse with tepid water and pat dry. Repeat every day and before you know it... those nasty old lines will be hard to find!
*Don't forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. And... eat veggies rich in Vitamin A, such as carrots, celery and spinach.
If you can, get 8 hours of sleep every night.
Anti-wrinkle cream
Mix a teaspoon of olive oil with an egg. Smoothen the face and neck with it. Let it remain till the skin gets dry.
To Remove The Cream:
Add a teaspoon of soda bicarbonate to hot water. Stir. Dip a piece of cotton-wool to this mixture and use it to remove the cream.
